H&H PTFE filtration felts, white in color, are manufactured with high quality 100% PTFE fiber and scrim. Our filtration felts are well suited for critical filter media applications or as a protective heat barrier. They are most commonly used to filter fly ash from coal and hog fueled boilers, titanium dioxide, carbon black, and miscellaneous invasive chemical processes, with application in air and liquid filtration.
They can be manufactured scrim-supported or in some cases unsupported, can be porduced in widths to suit the application up to 76 ", and can be engineered to have air permeabilities ranging from 10 to >100 CFM and shrinkage <8%. Our filtration felt stands up well to the demanding environments in which they must perform.
